Should I Teach My New OrGano Gold Distributors Internet Marketing?

Here is a question we keep receiving over and over so I thought I would answer the question right here and set the record straight. I’ve only got one question for those who claim that people
 should teach Internet marketing to their new OrGano Gold distributors. Have any of you built an organization of over 5,000 people 
in a Network Marketing company teaching Internet marketing to
 your team?

DUPLICATION – A key to fast growth in your OrGano Gold Enterprise. You must have a clear and simple message that can be communicated and taught with ease. (4 QUESTIONS – 4 STEPS – SCRIPT)  Apply the 12-year-old test. If a 12-year-old can’t teach it and do it now, then don’t do it. It may be good for you, but it generally won’t duplicate well. I was having a discussion today with a distributor and we were talking about DUPLICATION. I asked him, what is the #1 reason why you must keep your message clear simple and short?

I’ll ask you the same question . . .  ANSWER: DUPLICATION!

People are busy and for the most part their lives are already complicated and even in some cases confusing and messed up enough. A clear, simple and concise message lands well and duplicates well. Most of all, people say, “I can do that!”. So I have them take out a sheet of paper and I ask them to write out the 4 QUESTIONS and the 4 STEPS . . . I Teach them the SCRIPT and then I say. “Do you think you can do these things every day? That’s all we do!” And they say to themselves, “I can do that!”

    The Coffee Millionaire system is one of the best I've seen… What I am saying is you should NOT teach your new distributor online marketing until they understand to invite people they KNOW, LIKE and TRUST over to the home to EXPERIENCE OrGano Gold's product line.

    If you are aware of a SAPPHIRE or above who is depending on building their business online please let me know as I am not aware of any in our first 24 months.

    However, I am aware that every top producer in OrGano Gold followed the proven method of operation, even if they started out trying to build it their way in the beginning.

    I agree 100% Shane that a brand NEW distributor should not be thrown into the internet jungle until they have mastered the four steps and learned how to set up duplication in their OG business. Our system is very simple and direct and that is the beauty of becoming an affiliate. Anyone can do it!! Because of a severe injury to my ankle and looking after my 90 year old mother I out of necessity, had to learn to market online. I can say with all sincerity that mastering marketing online is one of the hardest things I have ever had to learn, so if you are not a seasoned online marketer I suggest you get your OG business well grounded before you take on the challenge of doing online marketing because it is very time consuming and it will be a challenge for you to stay focused on your primary reason for being in OG, that of introducing everyone you meet to the best tasting products and business on the Planet today, Organogold.

    Interesting… Joan, you have worked hard to learn to do some marketing online, however, your BIGGEST growth came from inviting people you knew, liked and trusted came to your home and tried the coffee… This is what launched your business and we now call this a CJM! Way to Go!

    Hi Shane Kevin I think if you combine the both online and offline aspects and a system its a recipe for success.As long as people are getting coffee into their homes it will spread offline into homes bigtime.

    I’ve realized that the only way to have to proven system in place, is to do what the leaders are doing (i.e. “if it ain’t broke…”); I also use some online techniques, but the core of my team building is rooted in the system itself. I don’t teach online strategies b/c it muddies the water of info already out there. New distributors may already be overwhelmed, so why inundate them more?

    If people use online methods for themselves, then that’s fine; however, it’s not a requirement to become successful with OG. You can be just as successful (if not more) with that intimate relationship, rather than an impersonal email or capture page. Follow the pace of your leadership, and you’ll be fine.

    I appreciate that Mr Morand because I am an internet marketer (On the low) but I DID NOT USE THAT to build a Diamond Organization.. You must get Diamond done first because the system we have is so simple that way EVERYONE can win regardless of their strengths on and off the computer… Appreciate this!
