The 2010 Canadian Bodybuilding Championships is a prestigious Canadian competition featuring Open Class Men’s & Women’s bodybuilding. This is Canada’s top bodybuilding event and for Canadian Competitors wishing to pursue a professional competing career, it’s important to know that the Canadian Bodybuilding Championships is the only event in Canada that qualifies competitors for IFBB Pro Card Status.
According to wikipedia, Bodybuilding is a form of body modification involving intensive muscle hypertrophy; an individual who engages in this activity is referred to as a bodybuilder. In competitive bodybuilding, bodybuilders display their physiques to a panel of judges, who assign points based on their appearance. The muscles are revealed through a process known as the “cutting phase” – a combination of fat loss, oils, and tanning (or tanning lotions) which combined with lighting make the definition of the muscle group more distinct.
