As we near the end of the year, our coffee millionaire mentor for this week’s Millionaire Mentorship Call shared to us a very significant tip to achieve success in our OrGano Gold business. OG Black Diamond Mr. STEVE MARTIN talked about a lot of things in the call, recalling the previous Millionaire Mentorship calls with Sulaiman Rahman, Shane Morand, Holton Buggs, Barry Cocheu, and many more. In this week’s call, our mentor added the importance of proper habits, and developing them in the course of our business so that we get what we picture!

We learned that OrGano Gold is now embarking on Wave 2, and we learned of the need to develop and release the new YOU 2.0 for the new wave. We also learned of the power to attract and develop leadership, how this ability is vital to forming our network and succeeding in the industry. Through this recollections, OG Black Diamond Steve Martin reminded us how OrGano Gold is a company for the people, and that the people on top make it a point to give us the correct information about the business, help us apply it daily, and get tremendous results.

Our millionaire mentor also reminded us of the importance of doing what’s necessary RIGHT NOW. One of the biggest mistakes people make is thinking they always have time. Just how does one know that? How can anyone know that they have the time when anything can just happen? There will never be a right time. So you need to start where you stand and work RIGHT NOW!

The gist of this week’s call centered on the importance of developing new habits, proper habits that will help us succeed in the business. Habits have a certain power, and they add to the level of success that we are capable of reaching if we believe. Keeping this in mind, OG Black Diamond Steve Martin talks of how we should approach our business with proper habits. Part of the creation and development of these new habits are based on WHY of doing business. 95% of success in the business will be because of your WHY. Only 5% pertains to the HOW.

OG Black Diamond Steve Martin ends the call with the advice to develop new habits, and to continue to keep developing those habits. The results will come from the activity that is created from those habits. Remember that it’s the small things that makes a big difference.
